Two days Placement drive was conducted at Govt. Polytechnic Jammu to provide the employment opportunities to the pass-out polytechnic students. The drive was conducted by Adecco and Bharti Infratel for the diploma students of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Pardeep Dahiya and his team from Adecco and Bharti Infratel interacted with the students and conducted technical interviews of the candidates. Pre-counseling placement session was also conducted for the students. About 45 students participated in the drive and seven students got placed. Er. Arun Bangotra, Principal Govt Polytechnic Jammu thanked all the resource persons from the companies for the campus placement of the students and impress upon the students to participate in the various placement drives with full enthusiasm and make full use of their professional & technical skills for employability to various organizations. He appreciated the efforts of Training and Placement cell for conducting such recruitment drives. The Placement drive was organized by Training and Placement cell members of the college, Er. Khalid Sheikh, Er. Sanam Gupta and Er. Sakshi Kapahi under the guidance of Mr. Rajesh Khajuria, Training and Placement Officer.
