Placement Drive held at Govt Polytechnic Jammu
A placement drive was conducted at Government Polytechnic, Jammu for the fresh passed out students of 2017 batch of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation & Control Engineering of Government Polytechnics of Jammu division. The drive was conducted by HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HEML) for recruitment in Guru Gobind Singh Refinery at Bathinda in Punjab. The company offered a package of 2.4 lakhs + performance bonus 0-15 % of CTC besides free accommodation and other benefits. A total of 35 students appeared for the campus Placement drive. Mr. Charanjeet Singh (Head-HR), Mr. Mohit Sabharwal, (AGM) and Mr. Sandeep Singh (Chief Welfare Officer) from HEML interacted with students for Pre Placement Talk followed by Written Test (Technical), Psychometric Test, Group Discussion and PersonaI interview. The final interview of the shortlisted candidates with appointment order will be conducted in the company at Bhatinda next week. Er. Arun Bangotra, Principal Govt.
