Estate Department is headed by Estate Officer of the rank of Executive Engineer / H.O.D. and assisted by Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer and Supervisor nominated by the Principal from the faculty/staff of the institution for day-to-day repair/maintenance of the building of the institution. The department also looks after the campus development such as maintenance of play-grounds, parks, fountains, auditorium, guest house, hostel, staff quarters etc.
