Government Polytechnic Jammu Organised "Carrier Counselling Seminar" in Collaboration with District Employment & Counseling Centre Jammu

Government Polytechnic Jammu organised “Carrier Counselling Seminar cum Awareness Session” in collaboration with District Employment & Counseling Centre Jammu, for the students of 6th & 4th semester.

The Career Counselling Officer Ms. Mamta Sharma, briefed about the various services offered by the employment department including benefits of Registration on employment portal for jobseekers (integrated with NCS Portal). The Counselling Officer Ms. Navdeep Kour, also apprised the participants regarding the various self employment schemes of the Government especially the schemes of the Mission Youth.

The Seminar was organised under the overall supervision of Sh. Inderjeet Singh Workshop Superintendent. The others who were present on the occasion were Sh. Raj Shekhar HOD Automobile Engg, Sh. Paramjot Singh, Sh. Himanshu Bakshi, Sh. Vicky Sharma, Smt. Toshi Devi PET, staff and students of the college.
